By connecting your Page and Ad Account under your own Meta Business portfolio, you own every asset from day one. There is no messy transfer process if you ever change agencies.
The steps

Open Meta Business Settings
Go to business.facebook.com/settings and log in with your Facebook account. If you see "Select business" with no options, click Create Business to set up your Business Portfolio first.

Navigate to Partners
In the left sidebar click Settings (gear icon), then under Users select Partners.

Add QuoteLeads as a Partner
Click Add (top right), then select Give a partner access to your assets.

Enter our Business ID
Paste this into the dialog field, then click Next.

Select your Page from the dropdown, then set permissions as below.
